Joey Bell is a recurring antagonist on Back to the Top. He was a former member of the main band, and was very good at drawing publicity, but later left to pursue a solo career, at the insistence of his girlfriend. He is currently a succesful solo artist, who likes to take every oppurtunity to gloat.
